Business simulations are a training and diagnostic tool. The team acts in conditions similar to its own — and you see what reports don't show.

Simulations are never run without a debrief. The value is not in the game but in the debrief: what it reveals about your team.

This is a working format, not entertainment. The team goes through simulation stations, and at the end of the day — the R+ Forum debrief: what happened, why, and what to do about it. The debrief is what the day is for.
