Program for leaders

Management Excellence & AI Leadership

A program for leaders in ten modules. Tailored to the company's challenge in one of three configurations — Express, Standard, or Full.

  • 10 modules
  • Express · Standard · Full
  • 5 documents per module
  • Delivered in RU · AZ · EN

01 — Who it's for

For those others depend on.

Who takes part

The owner's direct reports, department heads, and employees with management potential. Group size: about 10 people.

Who commissions it

The owner or CEO on whom decisions and control currently converge. They need an independent, accountable management team — not training for a report.

02 — What changes

First, the person changes. Then they change the company.

  • Managers take ownership of decisions and control — management no longer converges on the top person.
  • Leadership frees up time: less manual control, more strategy and growth.
  • The team speaks a common management language and acts in a coordinated way.
  • Information for decisions is gathered and passed on without loss: facts are separated from opinions, reporting is clear.
  • Customer focus becomes the norm, not the exception.
  • AI becomes part of a manager's daily work — texts, analysis, decision preparation — with verification and under their responsibility.
  • The team finds waste and bottlenecks on its own and improves processes.

03 — Ten modules

The composition and order of modules are refined for the challenge after diagnostics. The core — modules 01, 02, and 09 — is kept in every configuration.

05 — How it works

Four stages.

  1. Diagnostics

We identify the real problem and the company's maturity level: what, for whom, how, and what for.

  2. Program design

Program design for your people: which modules and in which configuration.

  3. Sessions

In-person sessions led personally by Mamed: questions that change how you see the problem, and practice instead of lectures.

  4. Measurement

Measurement before and after the program; a follow-up roughly six months later, anonymously.

06 — What the client gets

How the program is built and what the client gets.

Each module consists of five documents — a single learning system, not a set of lectures. Methodological materials remain with CAC.

The client receives a PDF program description: value for the company, expected changes, and how results will be measured. Participants receive a study guide and a workbook and complete before-and-after assessments.

Materials for participants are provided after payment.
