AI Production & Automation Sprint

An intensive that ends with your own Capstone project. Three tracks — Express, Standard, and Full; public project defense in Standard and Full.

  • 24 / 36 / 54 hrs
  • Diagnostics — 20 questions
  • Public defense — Standard and Full

01 — Who it's for

For people who come with their own challenge.

Who takes part

Marketing and SMM specialists, product and project managers, operations and commercial leaders, small and mid-size business owners, executive assistants, HR and internal communications. Group size: 8–12 people. Prerequisites: confident PC user, a work Google account, your own laptop at every session, a paid account with at least one language model (ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini), and willingness to bring your real tasks. No programming required.

What they bring

Routine work that is done by hand today: copy and commercial proposals, reports and procedures, visuals and video, incoming requests, emails, and documents. The end-to-end project is processing an incoming request from arrival to response (Lead Intake Pipeline). If requests are already automated — another process of similar complexity: claims, regular reporting, content plans, supplier documents, proposals, employee onboarding.

02 — What changes

The outcome is a project, not lecture notes.

  • Public project defense in Standard and Full; in Express the Capstone is simplified, with no public defense.
  • It starts with a 20-question diagnostic — to understand where each participant is starting from.
  • Every session is 120 minutes: review of what was launched (15) · demo (25) · building your own solution on your own task (50) · company cases (20) · plan until the next session (10).
  • M1 · Fundamentals and task framing for the model — 6 hrs. Prompt anatomy, persistent context, working with files, data security rules.
  • M2 · Texts and documents — 6 hrs. Brand voice as a system prompt, a content production pipeline, proposals, procedures, reports, ru / az / en localization.
  • M3 · Visual production — 6 hrs. Covers, carousels, and banners in a consistent style; layouts for platform formats.
  • M4 · Video and audio — 6 hrs. Script and storyboard, frame generation, voice-over, subtitles, assembling a 45–60-second promo video.
  • M5 · Data, documents, and knowledge base — 6 hrs. Spreadsheets, extracting data from invoices, emails, and PDFs, a department knowledge base, regular reporting.
  • M6 · Automation fundamentals in n8n — 8 hrs. Triggers, data, branching, APIs, debugging — without a developer.
  • M7 · Agents and production pipelines — 8 hrs. The model inside automation, structured output, error handling, human oversight, monitoring.
  • M8 · Production system and Capstone — 6 hrs + 2 hrs defense. End-to-end process, operating procedure, impact calculation, 90-day roadmap.

05 — How it works

Four stages.

  1. Diagnostics

    Twenty questions at the start.

  2. Sessions

24, 36, or 54 hours depending on the track. 120-minute sessions, three times a week, in person or online, on your own laptop. Each ends with a deliverable on your own task.

  3. Defense

In Standard and Full, each participant publicly defends their project: a live run on real data, error handling, measured impact, an operating procedure. 10 minutes per project, 5 for questions. In Express the Capstone is simplified, with no public defense.

  4. Measurement

Before the start — an interview with the manager, a baseline measurement, participant self-assessment, 3–4 measurable indicators. Follow-up measurement — within a week after the defense. Then 3 months of support: one session a month.
