What happens after your request

Three steps. The first two are free of charge.

1. Step 1

   A personal reply from Mamed

   Mamed reads every request. The reply comes from assistant@cac.az — personally, no mailing lists or templates. If you prefer the phone, he'll call.

2. Step 2

   Conversation

   We look at your challenge: what is happening, for whom, and what needs to change. Free of charge:

   • a first conversation;
   • if needed, a demo training session for decision-makers.
3. Step 3

   Diagnostics and proposal

   Diagnostics is paid, under contract: interviews, 360/180, metrics — the first step of the work. Then a proposal: format, mode, and how results will be measured.
