Privacy Policy

When you send us a request or write to us: your name, company and role, email address, phone number, and the description of your task if you provided one.

When you enrol in a training and pay for it: the same contact details plus a payment reference, handled by the secure epoint.az service.

When you play our simulators: the name or nickname you entered and your result — these appear on the leaderboard, visible to other participants.

When you simply read the site and allowed analytics: anonymised visit data — pages, device, referral source.

To answer your request and prepare for the conversation. To confirm enrolment and process payment. To send you the programme materials. To understand which pages people use and make the site more useful. To show our advertising to those who may find it relevant.

We do not make automated decisions about you.

Until you press “Allow”, the site loads no third-party analytics at all.

After consent these work: Google Analytics — anonymised visit statistics; Microsoft Clarity — an aggregate picture of behaviour on the page; Meta Pixel — attribution of clicks from advertising and showing ads to people who have already visited.

Your consent is stored in your browser. You can withdraw it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser or by writing to us — after that the analytics stop loading.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with those without whom the service does not work: epoint.az — to process payment; Google, Microsoft and Meta — the analytics named in the previous section, and only after your consent. Their servers are located outside Azerbaijan, so the data is processed abroad.

We pass your data to no one else — including for anyone else’s advertising.

The site works over an encrypted connection. Payment data travels through the payment provider’s secure channel; CAC MMC does not store card details.

Requests from the site arrive at the company’s working mailbox and are saved on our server in a file closed to outsiders; only CAC staff have access to them.

We keep requests and the correspondence about them for three years, then delete them. Data of participants of completed programmes is kept for as long as accounting requires.

You may ask us to show what data of yours we hold; to correct it; to delete it; to withdraw your consent to mailings or to analytics. An email to orujov@cac.az is enough — we answer within thirty days.
