One story cut into frames. Each participant sees only their own frame and can convey it only in words — the team assembles the order by talking.

How it works

The facilitator opens a room and reads out the code. Players join from their phones — each gets one frame of the shared chain.

The frame opens for a minute and then turns face down again. You may open it as often as you need — the count appears in the debrief.

The team talks: describing their frames and arguing about what comes first. Showing the screen is not allowed — words only.

Everyone submits the position of their frame in the chain. The facilitator closes intake — the server takes it from there.

The debrief is visible to everyone: the correct order, the filmstrip, the label for the round and five questions to talk through.
What it reveals
Hidden leaders. The order gets assembled not by whoever holds the title but by whoever is heard.
The level of cooperation. The group either builds a shared picture or splits into halves that never meet.
Precision of speech. A frame has to be described so it lands the first time: asking again is allowed, showing is not.
When it is used
Warming up a large group, team building, a conversation about communication and how roles get shared. Runs as a standalone session or inside a program.
Play
The game lives on its own domain. Players join with the room code, the facilitator works from their own screen.
Frame sets are not published, each image is served through a one-time link and the score is computed on the server — you cannot peek at someone else’s frame from the browser.
